1. Who we are
This online store, mariadelpinojewels.com, belongs to Take A Gift S.L. (Spanish tax ID B86554789), which sells the jewelry designed by María del Pino under the brand María del Pino | Jewels.

2. Scope
These terms govern the use of the website and purchases made through it. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read them and that you are of legal age. They apply together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.

3. Our jewelry
Each piece is handmade in 925 sterling silver, gold vermeil (925 silver with a 3-micron layer of 24-karat gold) or 18-karat gold, and some include natural gemstones. Because they are handmade and the stones are natural, each piece may show small variations in texture, tone or size compared with the photographs. These variations are not defects: they are part of what makes each piece unique. Colors may look different depending on your screen.

4. Orders
Once you complete your purchase, you'll receive a confirmation email. The contract is concluded with that confirmation. If, exceptionally, we cannot fulfil an order (for example, because a one-of-a-kind piece has sold out), we'll let you know and refund the full amount.

5. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in euros, though you can view them in your local currency. Taxes and any applicable shipping costs are shown at checkout before you confirm your order. Payment is made securely through the payment methods available in the store.

6. Shipping
Destinations, delivery times and conditions are set out in our Shipping Policy.

7. Withdrawal and returns
You have 14 calendar days from receipt to withdraw from your purchase, except for personalized or made-to-measure pieces. All conditions and the withdrawal form are in our Refund Policy.

8. Guarantee
As a consumer, you are covered by the 3-year legal guarantee against any lack of conformity of the jewelry.

9. Intellectual property
The designs, photographs, texts and the María del Pino | Jewels brand belong to their respective owners. They may not be reproduced or used without prior written permission.

10. Liability
We are liable for our obligations in accordance with applicable consumer law. Nothing in these terms limits the rights the law grants you as a consumer.

11. Shopify platform
The store runs on Shopify technology. Purchases are made directly with Take A Gift S.L.; Shopify is not a party to the sales contract.

12. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence. If you are a consumer, you may bring any claim before the courts of your place of residence. Before doing so, we invite you to write to us: almost everything can be solved with a conversation.

13. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force at the time of your order always applies.
