Refund policy
Right of withdrawal: 14 days
If the piece isn't what you expected, you can return it within 14 calendar days of the day you receive it, without giving any reason.
How to return
- Write to us at delpinolp@gmail.com with your order number and the piece you want to return. You can also use the form at the end of this page, although it is not required.
- We'll confirm the return address. Send the piece within 14 days of letting us know.
- The piece must arrive unworn, in perfect condition and with its original box and packaging.
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. We recommend a tracked, insured service: until the piece reaches our workshop, the person returning it is responsible for the shipment.
Refund
We'll refund the amount you paid, including the original shipping costs, within 14 days of receiving your notice. We may wait until we receive the piece, or until you send us proof of shipment, before issuing the refund. We refund using the same payment method you used.
Exceptions
By law, personalized or made-to-measure pieces cannot be returned: engravings, initials, design changes, made-to-order solid gold pieces or any piece made to your specifications.
Guarantee
All our jewelry is covered by the 3-year legal guarantee against manufacturing defects. If you notice any defect, write to us and we will repair, replace or refund it at no cost to you. The guarantee does not cover natural wear and tear, knocks or damage caused by not following the care card instructions.
