Shipping policy

Free shipping, duties and taxes included

We ship free of charge, by express service with tracking, to:

  • Spain and all of Europe: the European Union, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway and other European countries.
  • The United States, Canada, Puerto Rico, Australia and New Zealand.

To these destinations we ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): we cover shipping costs, import duties and taxes. You won't have to pay anything when your parcel arrives.

Rest of the world

For other destinations, a shipping surcharge applies depending on the country. It is calculated and shown at checkout before you confirm your order. Depending on the country, customs may charge import taxes or duties on delivery, and these charges are paid by the recipient. If you have questions about your country, write to us before ordering and we'll let you know.

Delivery times

  • Production: every piece is handmade for you. The lead time is shown on each product page: 7 to 10 days for sterling silver and gold vermeil pieces, and 2 to 3 weeks for 18k gold pieces.
  • Personalized or made-to-order pieces (engravings, initials, special sizes): the lead time is shown on the product page, or we confirm it by email before we start.
  • Transit: once shipped, parcels usually take 1–3 business days within Spain, 2–5 to the rest of Europe and 3–7 to the United States, Canada, Puerto Rico, Australia and New Zealand. These are the carrier's estimates.
  • Need your piece by a specific date? Write to us before ordering and we'll confirm whether it can arrive in time.

You'll receive an email with your tracking number when your order ships.

Packaging

Every piece travels protected in its gift box, with a care card, ready to give.

Issues

  • Please check your shipping address before paying. If you spot a mistake, write to us as soon as possible: if your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll correct it free of charge.
  • If your parcel arrives damaged or doesn't arrive within the expected time, contact us at delpinolp@gmail.com and we'll resolve it with the carrier.
